Course Structure and What to Expect

The total course takes an average of 28 hours including time for study, investigation of your systems, practice and assessment. It is taught in a single unit covering:

• Understand ISO TS 17117-3 and maturity levels
• Assess terminology implementations in EHRs
• Identify risks and benefits of maturity stages
• Develop roadmaps for improvement
